The singer was rushed from his home in Los Angeles California to UCLA Medical Center shortly after 12:30 p.m. by paramedics who reportedly performed CPR in the ambulance. The Los Angles Times reported that Mr. Jackson was not breathing when paramedics arrived at his house in the Bel-Air neighborhood. Media reports suggest the Thriller singer died of cardiac arrest. Magician Criss Angel is being threatened with a lawsuit over the alleged theft of Las Vegas show producer Jeff Beacher's cat. Beacher, the man behind hit variety show "Beacher's Madhouse," is accusing the "Mindfreak" television star of refusing to return his beloved cat Hamlet after he offered to care for the animal in 2007. In a letter to Angel, his lawyer Robert Reynolds writes: "After both of Mr. Beacher's parents passed away due to cancer, his family's cat was bequeathed to him by will. At the time, Mr. Beacher was residing at the (Las Vegas) Hard Rock Hotel. Accordingly, he allowed his friend Jennifer Madden to temporarily care for the cat until he moved out of the hotel. "Soon thereafter, while still grieving over the recent loss of his father, my client received a phone call from you (Angel) stating, 'I took your cat. He lives with me now'... This action was against the will of Ms. Madden and Mr. Beacher. I also understand that you made further bizarre allegations, including, 'The cat no longer likes you' and 'The cat and I have become close friends.' ...You and Mr. Beacher have repeatedly argued about the theft of his cat and your continued unwillingness to return it. Perhaps you are not aware of the legal consequences." According to the New York Daily News, Beacher will seek punitive damages if Hamlet is not returned. Jamie FoxxComedian Jamie Foxx has revealed that he spent 11 months in total mental hell after someone slipped drugs in his drink when he was just a teenager. The star who plays a mentally challenged musician in the new movie "The Soloist," admits he didn't take the role very lightly, because he knew how easy it is for someone to lose his or her mind. The star also admitted he has rarely spoken about his past mental health issues, the award winning actor tells the Los Angeles Times, "When I was 18, somebody slipped something in my drink and it ripped me apart. "I had to go to the hospital. I mean, I was gone, it was the kind of trip that ... you're losing your mind. I kept thinking, 'I can't live like this.' "It didn't go away, either, for 11 months, I had flashbacks. "After what happened when I was 18, when I was at music school, at International University in San Diego, I had a roommate named Mark, a white kid from Nebraska, he would have to talk me to sleep because I would have all of these crazy thoughts. "I would go down to the pianos ... and I would just play music for hours on end just to keep my mind from the crazy stuff." And those flashbacks returned as Foxx played real-life schizophrenic Nathaniel Ayers in "The Soloist." The star also suffered panic attacks and bouts of paranoia as he filmed the movie. He adds, "I thought about just walking away from this movie." But, instead, he sought the counsel of psychiatrists, and asked them for their help and advice, so he could portray Ayers without personal repercussions: "I got really worried, I felt all these things. I went to a psychiatrist and I actually asked, 'Can I catch schizophrenia?' Now I know you can't but I also knew I had this thing happen to me before, and it felt like it was going to happen again. "It's one thing to go crazy and not know it, but, if you feel yourself slipping in, then it's like drowning, going down. That's how I felt as a teenager, and just getting close to it again, I could feel the sweat coming, and I felt like I had to run out of there."

According to OK! magazine, Charlotte told authorities: "She does these things to get attention. She was trying to get into my party this weekend. We had to tell security to keep her out. Then she booked a room at the Chateau Marmont. Her room was right below ... She also followed our brother Mark around."Dexter-Jones added: "(She) was doing drugs. And we could not sleep that night at the Chateau. She was complaining about the music and noise coming from upstairs. She was trying to get attention, so that Sam could come down." Police reportedly advised the women to file a petition for a restraining order at a courthouse in Santa Monica, California. Tori SpellingFormer Television star Tori Spelling is slamming rumors she's suffering from anorexia after recent photographs of the actress prompted fears about her very slim figure.Tori is sparking gossip, that she is battling weight issues, with one tabloid claiming she now weighs only 98 pounds. A source alleges Spelling's weight had plummeted as a result of the stress caused by her estranged mother Candy's memoir "Stories from Candyland," in which she details the couples bad relationship.The source told Star magazine, "It's not good. Tori's so stressed over her mom's new book, she has no appetite but is still exercising every day. Her friends are all worried that she may be anorexic. She's now down to a size zero." But the star is fighting back at the claims. Her representative tells "Access Hollywood," "She does not weigh 98 pounds." Spelling recently blew off talk about her personal life and her troubled relationship with her mother, insisting, "You have a sense of humor about it because, you know, it doesn't stop. One week everything is good, next week everything is bad."
